Notes: The rust is a cosmopolitan species (Cunningham, 1931a) occurring on four species of Hydrocotyle, three of which are endemic to New Zealand. Hydrocotyle tripartita is indigenous to Australia and Tasmania as well as New Zealand. It is common throughout the country on these indigenous herbs.
