Hygrophoropsis

Notes

Fruiting bodies dry, umbilictae, gills decurrent and typically repeatedly branched. Distinguished from Paxillus by having a white spore print.
Ectomycorrhizal under beech and tea-tree.
Two species in New Zealand.
