PerichaenaNotesFruiting body a sessile or stalked sporangium, or tubular network across surface of substrate. Stalk dark when present. Opening by a preformed operculum. Sterile filaments amongst the spores almost smooth. Spore mass yellow. Two species in New Zealand.
