EichleriellaNotesA member of the Tremellales (the Order characterised by cruciately septate basidia, each sterigma having its own cell). The fruiting bodies are more or less flattened against the substrate, coriaceous with a well-developed basal layer, the margins often folding away from the substrate when dry. Saprobic on wood.
Three species have been reported from New Zealand.
